Why do I need a power of attorney for my recovered stolen vehicle claim?

The reasoning for needing a power of attorney varies state by state and insurance company by insurance company. The most likely reason is if you are getting a settlement check and a lot of times the insurance company will request the power of attorney to be signed.

If you need more information regarding the reasons I would contact either your insurance agent or the local DMV who would probably be familiar with the procedure you are going through.

If you need insurance for your recovered vehicle or a new one, think of us first.
