My boss hit my parked vechicle on the rear bumper and has a small damage. He called his insurance to put a claim and admitted that it was his fault. His insurance will pay for my car damaged, but I do not want to report it on my policy. Will my insurance find out about it? or if they do will it affect my policy?

It is always wise to let your insurance company know about any accident involving your vehicle. It sounds like the at-fault party's insurance will pay for the damage so there will be no claim to yours. It is doubtful that this small incident would affect your policy or rates if you have a clean driving record.

Insurance companies do have to file with a state regulator body their rates and rules so you can check with them first to see if your issue would affect your policy or rates.
