My car was parked at my job and a co-worker's car rolled back into my car hitting the driver's side door. What can I do?

You should first speak to your co-worker about the incident. If the co-worker takes responsibility then you should get their insurance information and make a claim. Generally their insurance company would then send out a claim's adjuster to take a look at the damage and investigate the claim so that you can get a settlement to repair the damage.

In the Article section of our Learning Center there are many writing pieces detailing how to settle car insurance claim.
