If you have already settled with the insurance company of the tow truck that rear-ended you at the red light then you may be out of luck. Usually with a settlement check you sign paperwork that releases the insurance company from further obligations. You might still contact the insurance company to see if further repairs would be paid for so that you can make your vehicle ride better.

If you had your Cadillac SRX repaired but are still negotiating with the insurance company you should discuss with them the issues you are having with the ride of the vehicle. Either way it is unlikely that the insurance company will buy the Cadillac back unless your state law allows for such an option that the insurance company must follow.

If after speaking to the insurance company you are not satisfied you can contact your state's insurance regulatory body to find out if your consumer rights have been upheld.
