This is what happened, I parked my car at a parking lot and someone kicked the front grilled of my GMC Denali. Its would cost $700 to replace it. If I claim insurance does my rate go up?

Insurance companies differ in how they determine their rates and what allows them to raise premiums. It is likely that because this damage sounds like an act of vandalism and you were not at-fault for the incident you rates would not go up but you should check with your insurance agent to be sure.

If the insurance company does put this incident to being an act of vandalism it should be claimed under your comprehensive coverage which means you will have to pay your chosen deductible. If your deductible is about the cost of the repairs you may determine it is not worth making a claim for the damage to your GMC Denali's grill.
