Teenage son/driver has 3 girls in back seat of car. He is going 30MPH and one in the middle says she is going to vomit. The one by the passenger door opens the door and falls out. Driver stops immediately after hearing pull over but she is on ground. Is it his fault?

The courts would decide the fault in this situation if there is a civil or criminal suit.

For insurance purposes, your state laws would determine if your son's insurance coverage would be primary in this situation or it may fall under coverage carried by the passenger.

For your son's protection, it should be reported to his insurance company. They will determine if your policy has coverage for this situation.
