My car is financed in my mother in laws name. The title is with her and my husband. Is there an insurance company that will give insurance because of the way that the car is financed?

Since the car is titled in your husband's name, as well as your mother-in-law's, generally he should be able to get insurance for it. If the title was not in your husband's name it would be more difficult but with his name on the title many insurance companies will find that he does have insurable interest in the car.
