Without knowing the specifics of what you need to "clean up" on your driving record it is difficult to give you options. To start cleaning up your driving record you need to know what violations might be recorded on it. Contact your local department of motor vehicles (DMV) and request a copy of your driving record or MVR. You usually will have to pay a small fee of between $2 and $10 for the copy. Once you have the copy of the MVR see if your DMV will allow you to take a driving class or traffic school to take any of the infractions off. If not, they may be able to give you other options so that you can show a clean driving record and can use your commercial driver's license to drive a truck. There is no magic bullet or process that will remove infractions from your record. Each infraction is given a time period for you to either pay (and typically admit guilt) or to request a court appearance to fight the charge (and prove your innocence). After that time period, you may have options to re-open a case, but you should seek legal counsel for those options.
