States vary in their penalties for violations such as driving with a suspended license or driving without insurance. Since you have multiple infractions all within a one year time period it is likely that your penalties will be quite harsh. Some states might continue with your suspension period or more likely revoke your license completely. You are likely to face fines and community service and or jail time as well. Before going to court you could contact the court or DMV to find out what the possible penalties are. Another choice would be go get legal counsel to help you. When you are able to get a driver's license again typically most states will require you to show financial responsibility with an SR 22, which we can help you obtain if you need it in the future.
