Some states, such as New York, have an agreement with Ontario, Canada to record and carry points for violations committed there. The Massachusetts Driver's Manual states that MA shares driving record information with other states but does not mention Canada. This does not mean that there is not an agreement though.
It appears that it will not show up, but we have no guarantee from either government agency. Typically, an agreement must be in place for them to share information. MA is very restrictive with their driving record information.
MA might have a reciprocal agreement that is not listed in the manual or might have made an agreement since the last contact was made.
