Car Insurance Question  My adult daughter who does not live with me was driving my car and hit a pole. Will my insurance cover it?

Typically insurance follows a vehicle first and driver second. So as long as your daughter was not exculded for any reason and your insurance company finds it allowable for her to have been driving your vehicle they would usually cover the claim. You would have also needed to give her permission to be driving the car at the time of the incident.

This type of one vehicle accident with a pole would generally be covered under the collision portion of your coverage, so you will have to pay the deductible. Or ask your adult daughter to do so since she was driving at the time.
