Car Insurance Question  Do you offer quotes on pre-1980 vehicles? I have a 1972 Ford T-Bird, live in Oregon and am just looking for basic liability insurance on this vehicle.

Oregon's mandatory insurance law (ORS 806.010) requires that every driver insure their vehicle. The basic minimum liability insurance a motorist must have is:

  • Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability of 25,000 per person / $50,000 per accident for injury to others and $10,000 per crash for damage to the property of others.
  • Personal Injury Protection (PIP) of $15,000 per person.
  • Uninsured Motorist Coverage of $25,000 per person / $50,000 per occurrence for bodily injury.

Our insurance partners that we work with for the state of Oregon should be able to supply you with an insurance quote for pre-1980 vehicles, including your 1972 Thunderbird. You can start your online auto insurance quote by following this link and putting in your zip code.
