Received a speeding ticket in Michigan. I am a resident of Pennsylvania. PA has a point system. Will points be added to my PA driving record?

Pennsylvania does have a points system when you receive a speeding ticket within PA you get points ranging from 2 to 5 points depending on the miles per hour over the posted speed limit that you were cited for.

For out of state tickets though, PennDOT has decided to not place minor traffic offenses, such as speeding, on your driving record or assess points.
