In Georgia, a speeding ticket for going between 24 mph but less than 34 mph over the posted speed is 4 points. Going more than 15 mph over the speed limit in Florida is also 4 points. While Georgia is not part of the Drivers License Compact, the GA Driver's Services will send moving violation to other state's DMVs.
