Though state laws can differ, in most instances the owner of a stolen vehicle is not held responsible for damages done by their vehicle when it was in the custody of the thief. Also because it was not a driver whom you, the car's owner, gave permission to drive the car in most states your insurance company should not be held responsible either. The driver of the stolen car is likely to have more problems then driving with a suspended license and without insurance. Stealing a vehicle is a criminal act and the driver obviously did not have permission to drive the vehicle if they stole it so most insurance companies would not cover damages caused by this person anyway even if he was insured. If the person who stole the vehicle was apprehended, then it is likely that he will be held personally responsible for the damages to the house. Contact your insurance agent regarding the terms of your policy, since any damage to your vehicle will need to be claimed through your comprehensive coverage. Your state's insurance regulatory body might be able to answer more of your questions regarding liability and stolen vehicles.
