Typically insurance companies will not allow you to obtain insurance for another driver on your vehicle while excluding yourself, due to your suspended license. There are some companies though that will insure a vehicle even if that person does not have insurable interest in the vehicle.

Esurance is one such company that has that type of policy available. Esurance may allow someone else to insure your vehicle, but if you live in the household hold with that person then they would not allow such a policy to be written.
