Your home state of California is a part of the Drivers License Compact which requires member states to report to other member states traffic violations their licensed motorists received out of state, while Wisconsin is not. This however does not mean that Wisconsin will not inform the California DMV of the speeding ticket you received in WI.
It would appear that you were already convicted of the speeding violation since you have paid the fine. Once you have done so typically the information will have been transferred and placed on your driving record and thus there is not a type of WI traffic school or driving course to take and get the ticket taken away or removed.
It is doubtful that California will allow for a traffic school to remove this ticket once it is put on your CA driving record and assigned points. In CA it is 1 point for out of state speeding violations.
For California traffic school you must get approval from the clerk of the court or another judicial official from the county in which your ticket was received. Since your speeding ticket is from out of state this approval would not appear to be an option for you.
To make certainĀ that there is not anĀ online class for you to take or to see if there is another way to get this point removed from your CA license you can try contacting the California DMV.
