Car Insurance Question  Can a car leasing company provide auto registration (license plates) and insurance for a leasee?

The leasing company can provide insurance or arrange for insurance to be provided through a licensed agent. They typically can file the auto registration for you from the tag agency as an additional service as well.

If you plan on leasing a vehicle you may want to consider GAP insurance for it.
