Car Insurance Question  I have a 19 year old son who brought a car and borrowed the money in his name and titled the car in his name. Can we have him as an insured on our policy to get him the best rate?

It may be possible to have your 19 year son and his car on your insurance policy if he resides with you. Some insurance companies will allow household members such as this with their own vehicle to be added to your policy while others may not. It really depends upon the individual insurance company's underwriting guidelines.

Contact your current insurance provider to see if they can add your adult son's vehicle to the policy. If your insurance company is not able to add your son and his car to your policy, you may want to shop around for other auto insurance. You can get a quote for California car insurance here with us.
