If I currently have full coverage on my car and I go to test drive another (used) car that is not covered will my insurance cover it if I were to have an accident? I live in Washington.

This typically would not be covered under your policy.

This would be covered under the used car dealer's policy or the used car's owners policy.

Most dealers will have full insurance coverage, which is called a garage policy. If you sign something accepting responsibility for damage then you would be responsible for that damage. It's up to you to accept, or reject the offer of a test drive based on your knowledge of potential liability.
