How long does it take after a claim has been submitted to have your vehicle repaired? This is when the car has full coverage and is in the state of Oklahoma?

Most insurance companies try to settle an auto accident claim by either having the car repairedĀ or declaring it a total loss as quickly as possible. Some states have specific time limits for a claim to be settled while others just require it to be done within a reasonable amount of time. If it doesn't occur within 15-30 days then there is typically some other circumstances involved.

To find out what the state of Oklahoma requires by law contact the Oklahoma Insurance Department online or over the phone at 800-522-0071.
