Can I make a payment for my auto insurance from your website or on the phone?

Yes, you can make a payment for your auto insurance either online or by calling our customer service department on the phone.

Each carrier accepts different forms of payment. In general they all accept these forms of payment:

  • Visa
  • Master Card
  • Checking Account
  • Savings Account
  • Pre-Paid Debit Card

Some carriers accept these forms of payment:

  • Discover
  • American Express
  • Diner's Club

Depending on the carrier you select you should have many options available, currently these are the limitations:

  • Currently Safeco Insurance doesn't accept American Express or Diners Club.
  • Currently Esurance doesn't accept Diners Club.
  • Currently The Hartford doesn't accept Diners Club.
  • Direct General Insurance accepts each of the listed forms of payment.

To make a payment, log into your account. Depending on your carrier you will have the option to make a payment through our site or be directed to the carriers' payment process.
