Does the state statues in the state of North Carolina allow drivers with suspended drivers license to be listed as rated/insured drivers on auto insurance policies?

North Carolina is one of the most over-regulated insurance states in the country so there might be a restriction in their statutes in regards to suspended drivers being listed as a rated/insured driver on an auto insurance policy.

To find out for certain if North Carolina has any such specific statute regarding this topic try contacting the NC Department of Insurance. You may also read through the North Carolina Insurance Statutes.
