In most states, driving records are public information so they can be requested and discussed with anyone. To see who all you state allows to request a copy of your driving record contact your Department of Motor Vehicles.
Personal information has to be disclosed on a policy. Disclosure does not necessarily determine consent though. To find out whom your insurance carrier would share your personal information with contact your agent and discuss this privacy matter with him or her.
