Will a car dealer sell me a car with an suspended license?

It will depend upon state laws and the dealerships own internal guidelines if a car dealer will sell a car to you if you have a suspended license.

If you are able to buy a car while you have a suspended license you would need someone with a valid license to drive it home from the lot.

To get insurance for the vehicle you would need to be able to get your license reinstated in a short period of time, normally 30 days, so that an insurance company would place a policy on you and your vehicle.
