To find out if there are other options of how to reduce points or if points are ever totally take off your Florida driving record contact the FL Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. You can also request a copy of your driving record with through the HSMV.
If you think your Florida driving record has incorrect information in either the violations listed on it or the points assessed the HSMV says to contact their Customer Service Center at (850) 617-2000 to have your record reviewed. Corrections, if any, will be processed as quickly as possible their site states.
