Is there any way (no matter how expensive or hard) to begin getting a drivers license in Ontario before the age of 16?

No, to the best of our knowledge there is not a way in which to get a driver's license or start the graduated licensing system in Ontario, Canada before turning sixteen (16).

The Ontario driver's handbook states that if you live in Ontario, you must be at least 16 years old and have a valid Ontario driver's licence to drive in this province.

You can contact the Ministry of Transportation to see if there are any exceptions to this minimum age rule and if so how to apply for a G1 license at an age younger than 16.
