Does having full coverage insurance on a motorcycle cover the bike when it is involved in an accident and the driver has a operator's license but not a motorcycle operator's license?

It would be up to the terms of the motorcycle insurance policy if a person driving the bike without the proper license would be covered or not.

If the policy terms states that one must have a valid license, for the type of motor vehicle being insured, then there may be an issue with a claim if the person in the accident was licensed to drive an automobile but not a motorcycle. So the policyholder would need to speak to their motorcycle insurance agent to find out if the bike would be covered under the policy in this situation.
