I got a speeding ticket in NJ but live in PA. I paid the fine. When I move back to NJ, will points appear on my NJ license for that speeding fine i paid? Will the insurance points roll over from PA to NJ as well?

According to the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC) points from your current license in Pennsylvania would not be transferred to your new NJ records once you move.

If you owe any surcharges to the state in which you hold a license that must be paid before a NJ license can be issued. You would have to inquire to your insurance company for their procedures on transferring insurance points, they are not regulated or governed by NJ MVC.
