Car Insurance Question  I live in Texas and got a DUI about 14-15 yrs ago. Is in still on my TX record?

Yes, this driving under the influence (DUI) or Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) will still be on your Texas driving record since these types of serious offenses remain on your TX driving record for life.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety moving violations appear on a driver record for a period of 5 years with the exception of serious offenses. Examples of serious offenses include DWI and No Liability Insurance, which will remain on a Texas driving record indefinitely.
