Yes, it is possible that your Indiana license could be suspended if you choose to not pay the out of state speeding ticket you received in Kentucky.
Kentucky and Indiana are both members of the Driver's License Compact (DLC) and Non Resident Violator Compact (NRVC). The DLC requires member states to report tickets received out of state back to the state in which the driver is licensed in. It is then up to the home state's laws to determine if the violation will be placed on the person's driving record and assigned points.
The NRVC requires member states to suspend the driver’s license of those that get traffic tickets for moving violations in other states and fail to pay or otherwise comply with the ticket.
The Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles states that for moving violation convictions, which IN has a corresponding violation; the offense will be placed on your driving record along with the allotted points. So if you pay the ticket and thus are convicted of it then the KY courts should inform the IN BMV and the offense and points would be placed on your MVR.
If you fail to pay or comply with the Kentucky ticket then the KY courts should inform the Indiana BMV and both states will likely suspend your license until you take care of the citation.
