The representative we spoke to at the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) for Ontario stated that they only have reciprocal agreements currently with Michigan and New York and thus tickets from those states would be placed on your Ontario driving record but not violations from other states, such as this Wyoming speeding ticket, would not.
The Ontario courts or MTO share Ontario traffic tickets with Michigan and New York. Drivers convicted of a driving related offence in the State of New York, the State of Michigan or any Canadian province or territory, will have home jurisdictional penalties such as demerit points and/or suspensions applied to their Ontario driver record as if the offence occurred in Ontario.
Since reciprocal agreements do not appear to be formed between Wyoming and Ontario, Canada it is unlikely that the WY ticket will be placed on your Ontario driving record or assigned points according to the MTO.
