I am a 16 year old with a Florida Learner Permit. Am I allowed to drive in New Jersey? If, so what other states am I also allowed to drive in?

To the best of our knowledge your FL graduated license (permit) should allow you to drive out of state as long as you abide by the restrictions Florida placed on you but would advise you to check with the HSMV to find out for certain.

The New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC) told us that with a valid learner’s permit or license from another state one may legally drive in New Jersey as long as you are driving a vehicle that is titled, registered, inspected, and insured in your home state.

You may want to contact the NJ MVC to find out exactly what restrictions or conditions you will have to adhere to while in New Jersey, those of your home state of FL, those of NJ or both.

As for other state's each has their own licensing laws and traffic laws so you would need to contact the Department of Motor Vehicles for each state you would want to drive in using your Florida learner's permit to find out if you could do so in that specific state. If you can operate a vehicle in other states you should also ask the DMV what restrictions or conditions are placed on you as a 16 year old with a learner's permit.
