We are not aware of any reciprocal agreement between the Canadian province of Quebec and the state of New Hampshire in which this ticket would be reported to NH to be placed on your driving record there.

If you do not pay it then you may have issues if you travel back to Quebec or they may send collection notices to your home in New Hampshire.
