While in many cases you can mange your account online if you have purchased your insurance policy through our Internet site for security reasons we are unable to combine separate policies onto the same online account.
We are serious about online security and we make sure every transaction is secure. We value and take extra steps for our customer's security. It is our highest priority. We recognize that some of these security requirements can create user experience limitations.
If you have purchased your policy through our website then to manage each account separately you and your son simply need to log in with your email address and the password you selected during the quote process. So while you cannot combine both policies into one online account you can manage each account separately online.
Once you log into your account, click on your auto insurance policy, and you will see a summary of your auto insurance policy information.
With some carriers you have the ability to make online policy changes such as adding or taking off a vehicle, changing your address, etc. Some carriers require policy changes be made over the phone.
