I already have an account and wish to be able to Manage My Account on line. How do I do that?


CarInsurance.com has many partners in each state. If you have purchased your policy through our website then to manage your account you simply need to log in with your email address and the password you selected during the quote process. If you didn't select a password, then you can use our online form to retrieve your password.

Once you log in you will be given policy information or information to access you account.

Currently, you will only have an online CarInsurance.com in the states where we offer quotes and policies. If this option is available to you then you can login and access "Manage My Account" by going to our home page and then clicking on the link at the top to "Manage My Account". This will bring up our login page. Here is where you would use the same password you established after you entered your information when you requested a quote and setup your account information.

Once you log into your account, click on your auto insurance policy, and you'll see a summary of your auto insurance policy information.

With some carriers you have the ability to make online policy changes such as adding or taking off a vehicle, changing your address, etc. Some carriers require policy changes be made over the phone. As a last resort, we will direct you to a servicing agency to make immediate changes to your policy.
