We are not aware of any reciprocal agreement between the State of Nevada and the Canadian province of British Columbia however we would advise you to contact the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) to find out for certain if a compact between Nevada, or any other states in the US, exist.
The ICBC Driver Licensing Department can be contacted at 1-800-950-1498. Their representatives are available to assist you from 8 am-7 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am-5 pm on Saturdays.
We did not see a notation on the ICBC site for Driver Penalty Points (DPP) for out of province or US moving violation tickets such as a speeding citation but once again you should contact the ICBC to specific information.
The Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles notes that residents of other states or areas that receive a traffic ticket in NV should contact the court of jurisdiction as listed on the citation for possible plea bargain arrangements. Nevada courts may or may not accept out-of-state schools. If you have already paid the citation or have been convicted of an offense, you should contact your home state DMV or like agency for their policy on demerit points and traffic safety schools.
