If you do not have collision coverage and damage your vehicle in an at-fault accident then normally you will be responsible for the cost of repairing your vehicle.
Without physical damage coverages of collision and comprehensive your vehicle is not covered for you to make claims with your own insurance carrier for damages it may sustain in an accident.
For the damages you may have caused others then you likely have liability coverages of bodily injury (BI) and property damage (PD). These cover others that you may have harmed in an accident but do not cover you or your vehicle.
If you were not at fault in an accident then in most states you would make a claim against the at-fault party's property damage liability for the damages to your own vehicle.
