If you have purchased your policy through our CarInsurance.com website then to manage your account you simply need to log in with your email address you provided and the password you selected during the quote process (either online or through our licensed agents). If you didn't select a password or forgot what it was, then you can use our online form to retrieve your password.
If you need to setup an online account and purchased through the call center, follow the link by the phone icon to get your online account setup.
Once you log into your account, click on your auto insurance policy, and you'll see a summary of your auto insurance policy information.
In some instances, online changes are only available when you visit the insurance company site to make policy changes. We will display this requirement when you log in. Once you log in, a phone number is available for your personal insurance coverage. You can call that number to make any changes to your policy or if you have any questions.
Most all carriers offer online options to make changes to your limits and deductibles. Some carriers require policy changes be made over the phone, which is available when you login.
