In the states where CarInsurance.com offers their direct products online (follow this link to see which states we currently have a CarInsurance.com agency relationship):

• After completing the information to get a quote, you will be prompted to create a user name and password.

In some states, you are redirected to our partners where you will setup a userid and password on their site.

If you purchased a policy through our call center then use the user name and password supplied to you. Typically your email address or phone number. Contact the car insurance call center if you need this information.
