QuestionInsurance Question  Is there a scale that is used to determine "pain and suffering" settlements? I was recently involved in a car accident caused by an uninsured motorist. I have been to the doctor but still feel a slight discomfort to my neck at times due to the accident. The insurance company wants to settle but will not give me a clear answer as to how much they are going to settle for.
