I'm assuming that your license was reinstated but with a 'business-use only' restriction. That restriction usually limits your driving to and from work, to church and doctor's appointments.

Current insurance can be cancelled if you receive a suspended license for other reasons. If your license is suspended for other reasons, you can get insurance but you have to be able to get your license back quickly. Some companies will not insure you if you have a suspended license.
