Question I got a ticket a few months ago for not having auto insurance and having a cracked windshield but I havent cleared it and now my license has expired. I got the winshield fixed and all I need is to show proof of insurance to the courts so that I can renew my license. Since then i've added my girlfriend to the title. Will doing that effect any quote? Will I need SR22 insurance?Can I get insurance through AIG?

Adding your girlfriend to the title won't affect any quote unless she is rated as a higher "risk" than you.

Depending on the state, you will probably need an SR22 but the laws differ in each state for expired and suspended licenses.
