Question My wife drove my truck to work and got in a hit and run. The other driver was never found. She is excluded on my policy, but had to take my truck that morning because her car had a flat tire. When she renewed her auto insurance she did not add my truck, basically she did know she needed to. Now her insurance is saying they are going to deny the claim because she was "too ignorant" to add the truck. What can I do? Can't her insurance do some calculations of what she should be paying with the truck on the policy?

I wish we had something better to say, but it appears that you had no coverage when the claim occured. You didn't have coverage on your wife's policy and she was excluded on your policy.
