QuestionInsurance Question  What should a "Full Coverage" insurance card look like. I don't want to get scammed by an insurance agency.

AnswerAuto Insurance Answer

Insurance cards differ in the way that they look due to the way in which different insurance companies print their cards. Typically though an insurance card only shows the coverage that is required to show proof of financial responsibility. Your policy documents should include and explain all the coverages you have purchased.

If you are unsure about an insurance agency’s credibility and/or the legal, regulated documents you receive from them, then you should not purchase the policy. Get up and walk out. Each state’s Department of Insurance will give better information, normally you can search online for the insurance company you are placed with and find out if they are a credible company.
