Yes, if you have a valid driver's license issued to you in the state of Nebraska it should be valid for you to use in Kansas and be able to operate a vehicle in KS.

The KS Highway Patrol states that the state of Kansas generally recognizes non-resident drivers' licenses issued by other states and countries. However, state law specifies that non-resident drivers must be at least 16 years old. Due to this clause, your 15-year-old cannot operate a motor vehicle in Kansas.
