According to the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) there is no age requirement to title and register a vehicle in MD.
The MD MVA does say however that if the applicant is under 18 years of age, a parent, guardian or responsible adult must co-sign. Also, if there is an owner and co-owner, and one is over 18 years of age, a co-signer is not required. A co-signer has no rights to ownership of the vehicle.
Keep in mind also that if you are a minor (under the age of 18) that an insurance company will normally also make a parent or guardian sign on the auto insurance policy with you since it is a legal document.
