Patriot Ledger State House BureauBOSTON - Attorney General Thomas Reilly and Gov. Mitt Romney agree that Massachusetts' auto insurance system needs a change. In written testimony submitted at a Financial Services Committee hearing yesterday, Reilly lambasted the governor's plan, which Romney says would increase competition and attract such national insurers to the state as Geico and State Farm by giving them more power to set their own rates.....
