Nov. 18--BOSTON -- Drivers have been keeping one eye on the road and the other on their auto-insurance premiums since state officials announced they would allow competition into the market in July. They'll know how competition affected their bottom line tomorrow, when insurance companies file their rates for the coming year. "We think they'll be putting their best foot forward," said Insurance Commissioner Nonnie Burnes, who has supported bringing competition to the state.....
