Nov. 22--If you're covered through the state's auto insurer of last resort, you may see your premiums climb soon. That's because the Texas Automobile Insurance Plan Association is seeking approval from the Texas Department of Insurance for an increase in rates statewide by an average of 4.6 percent. The increase is needed to cover increased minimum coverage limits and the rising costs of auto repairs, said Jerry Johns, a spokesman for the association.....
